With extensive experience in public works, water, wastewater, transportation, environment, natural resources, and energy, he has led and grown impact-focused organizations and people committed to advancing the public good. Scott has held positions as CEO, executive director, board member, and secretary of various organizations, including Vermont Energy Investment Corporation, Greater Burlington YMCA, and Stone Environmental. He has also served as the Commissioner at Vermont Energy Generation Policy Siting Commission and the Managing Director at DC Sustainable Energy Utility. Scott holds a degree in civil engineering from the University of Maine and specializes in leadership, management, planning processes, and facilitation.
