Kara has a proven track record of securing over $1 million in sponsorships from corporate partners and vendors to support organizational missions and goals.

She currently serves as the Director of Foundation Events at Inova Health System and has held various roles in event management and development with notable organizations like the Houston Astros and Booz Allen Hamilton.

Kara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Communications as well as a Master of Science in Sport Administration from Grambling State University.
