Dal LaMagna, an accomplished entrepreneur, investor, and social activist, has left his mark on several ventures that embody his values of social responsibility, sustainability, and justice. After graduating from Harvard Business School with an MBA in entrepreneurship, he founded Tweezerman, a highly successful beauty instruments company. LaMagna's philosophy that the company's success should be shared with its employees resulted in one-fifth of the $57 million acquisition value being distributed among the workers. With a long-standing commitment to social justice, peace, and the environment, LaMagna has produced and executive produced several politically charged films, including "War Tapes" and "Iraq for Sale," "The Ground Truth," and "Willy Milly." Additionally, he was a congressional candidate three times and ran in the 2008 New Hampshire Primary for President.

LaMagna's career exemplifies his dedication to ethical leadership and his ongoing commitment to sustainability. He became the first investor in, and then the co-managing partner of, IceStone in 2003. IceStone manufactures sustainable surfaces, including recycled glass countertops that he helps develop into new products.
