Chet Seto

Chet Seto is the owner and founder of a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that offers professional staff support services to the federal government, focusing on environmental, health and safety, training, logistics, engineering, and information technology.

His educational background includes studying Oceanography, Chemical and Physical at Alhambra High School and obtaining a BS in Oceanography from the United States Naval Academy.

Chet Seto has been actively involved in various organizations, serving as the President of the US Naval Academy Alumni Association, Santa Barbara Chapter. He has also held key positions such as Managing Director at CJSeto Support Services and Commanding Officer in the US Navy Reserve. Additionally, he has experience as a Hazardous Materials Program Manager at the County of Ventura and has held roles in systems safety engineering, nuclear surety engineering, test engineering, and program management at BDM International, Inc. He concluded his military career as a CAPT (retired) in the US Navy Reserve.
