He currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Information Technology at Endeavor Schools, having previously held various esteemed positions in the academic sector, including the Associate Vice President for Information Technology / Academic Technology at California State University and the Director of Client Services; Academic & Emerging Technology at Drake University.

Kenneth believes in a user-centered, collaborative approach to technology that focuses first on achieving outcome goals, then simplifying and streamlining the systems as much as possible. He also employs research-proven strategies such as usability testing and survey research to identify problems and solutions while leveraging business analysis and higher education metrics to track progress and set targets that improve services' efficiency.
