Janet Geib is a seasoned instructional designer and facilitator with over 25 years of experience in improving employee performance and increasing profits for various organizations. She holds a master's degree in Human Resource Management from Virginia Tech and a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Richmond. Janet has developed customized training programs for a diverse set of clients, focusing on areas such as leadership, coaching, communication, diversity, and sales strategy. She has worked with various organizations, including professional services, financial institutions, and academia. Janet's approach to training includes innovative curriculum design to address skill gaps, scripting for video training, interactive simulations, and creative activities to increase training effectiveness. She has served on the board of directors of the Dulles Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management and as a panel moderator for NAWBO. Outside of work, Janet enjoys playing handbells and spending time outdoors.
