Digital Marketing Manager

In the competitive German Energy market Vattenfall Sales is the fastest growing sales organisation. The rising number of customers are increasingly finding their digital way to our products and services. When joining the team I started setting up our online sales channel mix including: Display, SEA, E-Mail, Re-targeting, Video, Social Media and Partner deals. My current responsibilities are all landingpages for new and existing customers, our video strategy, online performance and image campaigns. One of my biggest successes is setting up the e-mail channel including personalized customer lifecycle e-mails for all B2C and B2B customers. Our new customer value proposition is one of the projects I lead this year. In the  online-team we work closely together with the IT-Scrum Teams. New features are being developed in an agile way in bi-weekly sprints.

Online Marketing Manager

I focused on knowledge sharing and marketing strategy and media tactics for the German B2C and B2B markets and implemented best practices. Highlights of this role were an international campaign with the theme "energy efficiency" and I initiated and executed an international photo shoot for the Marketing and Sales teams in Germany, Sweden, Finland and the Netherlands.

International Marketing Manager

After Nuon was acquired by Vattenfall I became part of the International Marketing Team. The goal was to find synergies in the sales organizations in Germany, Sweden, Netherlands and Finland. My responsibility was to evaluate local marketing campaigns and the roll-out of best practices throughout Vattenfall. In addition, I was responsible for the financial control of all Above-The-Line media budgets and I supervised the positioning of Vattenfall as Smart Energy Enabler. I am Very proud of an international marketing campaign on e-mobility in which I created a multi-media campaign for the market launch of the Volvo V60 plug-in hybrid. The campaign image is still visible at the entrance of our headquarters in Berlin. The campaign resulted in a significant increase in awareness and sales of the car and our charging solutions.

My role was to activate the KNVB sponsorship and setting up the social media channel. In 2010 this led to the election by my colleagues as, "Nuon Marketer of the Year". Notable projects: •	Led big national sales campaign 'Power Deal'. TV, radio, out of home, direct sales, SEA and events. Result: 50% above plan. This campaign won a SAN (Dutch prize for marketing effectivity)•	World Cup Soccer 'Nuon Energy Shirt' KNVB-campaign. TV, online, out of home, social media, multi-channel sales mix. Chosen by the Dutch TV-audience in top-10 best commercials of the year. The Nuon-Energy shirt was voted the second best WC-gadget during the WC in South Africa. National awareness over 80%. 75.000 T-shirts sold-out in 3 weeks. The campaign won a Esprix-award (Dutch prize for marketing effectivity) •	Three-year sponsorship activation Nuon ball boys for KNVB; TV, print, display and social media. More than 60,000 children between 12-16 years old signed up online. The social media community I set up counted more than 8,000 active fans.•	Activation Nuon Solar Team. The goal was to ensure more national awareness for our solar car, which raced the World Solar Challenge in Australia. This successful campaign resulted in more than 50,000 participants of the Nuon Solar Challenge game•	I led the proposition development and sales campaigns of energy products and related services such as boiler, home insulation and energy-saving products in our energy stores
