His expertise in RFP/RFQ response preparation, proposal and project management, contract negotiation, vendor selection, and training make him a formidable presence in the industry. Blair's rich career spans both public and private sectors, with an emphasis in IT and general business consulting. He is the President of Blair Associates, Inc, having previously held leadership positions at Gartner, Inc, Siebel Systems, Inc, Cambridge Technology Partners, Cap Gemini America, and Northrup Grumman IT (as PRC, INC). In his earlier years, Blair studied MBA courses (while in military) at Wright State University, MS, Teleprocessing Science at the University of Southern Mississippi, and BS, Applied Mathematics at the University of Louisville.
