Uday Kadam is a software developer, technical project manager, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in developing software solutions, managing teams, and bringing about positive change. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Pune and studied Information Technology and Communication Engineering at Amravati University.

Kadam has extensive experience in product development lifecycle, building and leading high-performing teams, and cultural change management. He has migrated legacy systems to software as a service systems and service-oriented architecture for several domains, including agriculture, education, recruitment, workforce management, web and social media portal development, CMS, healthcare, skills/competency management, solar industry, project management, and eCommerce. He is proficient in Microsoft technology stack and has trained over 600 developers.

Kadam is also associated with social activities related to rural and farmer's development and has given talks and speeches at several educational institutes and entrepreneurship development centers. He is a program manager at Nitor Infotech and has held leadership positions at Datamatics Global Services, Synechron, Agrobytes IT Services Pvt Ltd, Quagnitia Systems Pvt. Ltd., and Evision Technologies.
