Shrbp Cochran

Shrbp Cochran is an accomplished human resources professional with an extensive background in talent management, recruitment, and strategy. She holds a Master of Public Administration in Management from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut. Shrbp has served in a variety of leadership roles throughout her career, including as the Principal Human Resources Business Partner at Evernote, and as a founding Board Member at Oxford Day Academy.

Prior to her work at Evernote and Oxford Day Academy, Shrbp served in a number of roles at Teach For America, including as the Director of Talent Strategy and the Corps Member Advisor Coordinator. She has also held positions with the NYC Department of Education, the East Harlem Tutorial Program, and Achievement First.
