Prior to her role at Verve, she gained experience as a Sr. Project Manager, Traffic Coordinator, and Project Coordinator & Developer at various organizations including Rituals and G-Star RAW.

Justine's professional journey also includes volunteering at Casa Mantay and holding positions related to product development and merchandising at renowned companies like G-Star RAW and Levi Strauss & Co.

Her expertise lies in optimizing team performance, setting up effective processes for new projects, and understanding clients' needs to help them achieve their goals.
