Director of Special Operations

As the Marketing Director, I worked directly for the CEO to develop B2B marketing strategies and further develop ZIVELO's brand awareness.  In this role I was responsible for 2 direct reports, 10+ overseas contractors, and third party agencies to develop the website, social media strategy, SEO strategy, paid search (PPC) strategy, PR strategy, and design initiatives.  While in this role, I developed company brand guidelines and also developed standardized corporate communications processes for both internal and external communications across all departments. I also successfully launched several new hardware products and increased lead generation by over 200% through retargeting, PPC microsite development, PR, organic content creation, and social media.  I worked with PR agencies to position the brand with major publications, including Inc., Forbes, The Huffington Post, Mashable, and Tech Crunch. I also redeveloped the sales process, created a 100+ page sales training book, and conducted hands on sales training to increase sales revenue by over 100%.

Manager, Project Management/Channel Partners Account Executive

As the Marketing Communications Manager, I reported directly to the CEO and was responsible for driving all marketing and corporate communication.  In this role, I planned and project managed the development and launch of a successful new website that increased organic lead traffic by over 100% the first month post-launch.  I was responsible for all content generation and copywriting for the company, including web copy, press releases, email templates, sales and marketing collateral, and internal documents.During my time in this role, I successfully planned and executed three niche industry tradeshow exhibits to promote brand awareness and increase lead generation.I was also responsible for managing all major value-add reseller (VAR) accounts and securing repeat business and future revenue.  I created new reseller partnerships independently and worked closely with them to develop software integrated turnkey kiosk solutions.

As a Development Consultant, I was responsible for providing a consultative technology sales and account management experience for inbound B2B leads.I walked leads through their interactive kiosk project development requirements to offer recommendations for custom technology solutions.I was responsible for selling 9 product lines with roughly 100 standard kiosk models with 200+ electronic component options, software, custom engineering, onsite installation, warranty services, and accessories.  Each product was custom manufactured to meet the client's specific project needs.My clients included small, medium, and large businesses, Fortune 100, local, state, and federal government, schools, and non-profits across 40+ industries. Contacts ranged from department heads or purchasing agents to CTOs and CEOs of companies.Individual sales ranged anywhere from $5,000 per order to $5,000,000 per order and total revenue I was directly responsible for closing in this role was $6.3 Million.In this role I reported directly to the VP of Global Sales and Marketing.  I used <a href="http://Salesforce.com">Salesforce.com</a> CRM for all account management and QuoteWerks for all custom quote generation.

As the Senior Project Manager I was responsible for developing the Project Management Office and for providing an exceptional customer experience that resulted in securing future revenue through repeat business.I maintained customer satisfaction and customer loyalty by managing multiple company resources and outside vendors to develop custom manufactured technology solutions while keeping the customers informed throughout the entire process.In this role I managed 40+ unique custom projects at any given time. My clients included small and medium private companies, nearly every branch of the US military, non-profit organizations, and global Fortune 500 corporations.I was responsible for reviewing all new projects for accuracy, obtaining details from the client, and coordinating with sales consultants, engineers, production management, finance, suppliers, QA/QC, software developers, graphic designers, shipping staff, freight carriers, and installation technicians to ensure on-time project completion.As the company was still in the founding stages when I was in this role, I developed several operational processes related to sales, customer service, project management, engineering, production control, and QA/QC. I was also responsible for hiring, training, and managing additional project managers and production control team members as the department expanded. In this role, I reported directly to the CEO.
