Mehmet Kirca

Mehmet Kirca is an accomplished Managing Director and Partner with experience in industrial engineering, technology transfer, business development, and venture capital. He holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, Management, and Engineering from Boğaziçi University, a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi, and studied Mathematics at Ted Ankara Koleji.

Kirca has a strong record of success in managing and growing businesses. He is the Managing Director and Partner at Tbs Partners, a company that provides services in business development, technology commercialization, and venture capital. He was formerly the Chairman of the Executive Board at Key Of Sustainability Auditing Ltd and a Venture Partner at Boğaziçi Ventures. Kirca was also an Official Investment Partner, Lead Mentor, Trainer, and Scale-Up Coach at Unido and an Investor, Mentor, and Scale-Up Coach at Minoris Baby Organics.

Kirca has expertise in technology transfer, business development, and venture capital. He has held positions as a Technology Broker, Technology Dealer, and Technology Scouting at Yet2 and as a Coordinator for Enterprise Europe Network, Technology Transfer, Business Development, and RTD Funding at Sabanci University. Kirca was also the Co-Chair of the LES Turkey Industrial Partnerships Committee at Licensing Executives Society International (LESI) and the Vice Chair of the Nano-Micro Technologies Sector Group at Enterprise Europe Network Istanbul.

Kirca has a keen interest in technology and innovation. He was the Research and Development Expert and Technical Business Development at Kordsa Global and held positions as the Chief Engineer of the T66 Production Plant and the Surface Treatment Plant Manager at Cuhadaroglu Aluminum Industry and Trade. Kirca was also a former Secretary General of Satek, Sabanci Holding Technology Materials and I.P. Committee at Sabanci Holding.
