With experience as Director, Research Business Operations, Program Administrator, Academic and Research Business Operations, Director & Academic Programs Administrator, Program Director, Program Manager, and Program Coordinator at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, McHugh has honed an impressive skill set. He has proven his ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities and to drive successful collaboration.

Prior to his tenure at the University of Maryland, McHugh also served as Director of East Coast Operations at Giant Campus. McHugh has a diverse range of expertise and skills, including organizational development, program management, business operations, academic administration, project management, and leadership.
