Mitch Ronnei is a highly accomplished business leader who has built his career on strong ethical standards and an unwavering commitment to bringing out the best in every individual he works with. Ronnei studied marketing and management at Wartburg College and has since gone on to hold a variety of key roles in organizations across a range of industries. Most recently, he serves as the Head of Health Plan Partnerships at Carrot Fertility, where he is responsible for building relationships with key partners and driving growth for the organization.

Prior to his work at Carrot Fertility, Ronnei held a number of other prominent positions, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Trionfo Solutions, Director of Sales, Private Exchanges at Connecture, and Enterprise Sales Consultant at Businesssolver. He has also worked as an Executive Consultant and Sales Coach at Miller Heiman Group, and a District Sales Manager at ADP, among other roles.

Outside of work, Ronnei is a committed community leader who has served as a board member at Project 147, an organization dedicated to helping at-risk youth in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Through all of his endeavors, Ronnei has distinguished himself as a highly skilled and insightful leader who is deeply committed to building strong relationships and driving growth and success for both individuals and organizations.
