Program: International Terminal Project The YYC International Terminal Project was a multibillion- dollar initiative with hyper-aggressive timelines, high complexity, thousands of stakeholders and extensive governance processes. -	Defined the operating model, processes and templates for collecting and verifying business and functional requirements for all IT systems in the new terminal. -	Recruited, hired and trained 12 Business Analysts to manage requirements; managed the team-	Evaluated selected and rolled out a time tracking system to provide weekly executive visibility of capital burn-up for each of the hundreds of IT projects. -	All projects involved intense scrutiny and governance for release management (Multiple pre-production validation stages, blue-green deployments to guarantee roll-back). -	Call-to-Gate system – a critical middleware & data integration that pulled data from the Gate Management System, completed business logic calculations and provided guaranteed delivery to several downstream-systems including PA, FIDS, baggage systems, gate agent systems, IP based lighting systems and airline systems.
