Venu Gooty is an experienced executive with 18 years of expertise in technology-led transformation, specializing in digital customer experience, data sciences, intelligent automation, and cloud computing.

He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a focus on Systems and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta. He also completed his Bachelor's in Engineering in Electrical & Electronics from Osmania University College of Engineering.

Venu Gooty has held key roles in various organizations, including being the VP of Digital Strategy and Transformation, as well as the former VP & Practice Head of Data Sciences & Analytics, and Executive Director & Practice Head of Data Sciences & Analytics at HGS Digital. He has also worked as a Director in Strategy Services at HGS Digital and founded Genie Labs LLC. His prior experience includes roles at Element115 Computech Pvt. Ltd., Virtusa, and D. E. Shaw India Software Private Limited.
