Grant Wainscott is a seasoned global executive with a diverse background in economic and community development, chamber of commerce management, and organizational development. He brings to the table extensive experience in business and entrepreneur development, project management, and commercial real estate site selection. With his deep knowledge of the international trade mission, Grant has successfully planned and executed cross-border initiatives and partnerships worldwide. He is currently leading a team of professional economic developers at the Metro Atlanta Chamber, where he is responsible for the FinTech, Cyber Security, and Digital Media/Entertainment Tech industries. Prior to that, he served in various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Technology Ecosystem Expansion, Director of Technology Industry, Economic Development, and Director of Economic Development at the Metro Atlanta Chamber. In the past, he also held executive director and curator positions at the National Museum of Commercial Aviation and served as the Vice President of Community and Economic Development at the Clayton County Chamber of Commerce. Grant is a graduate of The Asheville School, Cegep Du Jonquiere, Universität Augsburg, and Florida Southern College.
