Country Manager

I assumed the role of Italy Country Leader in 2013 and I directly report to South Europe Vice President. I will continue to manage the Southern Europe Technical Team. I'm also in charge for the whole Italian business

Italy Country Leader - Senior Technical Manager South Europe

I was promoted Senior Technical Manager for the results obtained from my team on support in term of revenue increase and quality of support. In 2009 revenue contribution of my team 45% of the EMEA revenue. Today my team is composed by 21 people.
In the last period I become the spoke person for the company and I did interviews with news papers (National News Papers, Technical News Papers) and television. I also published some article about our core technology and strategy.

Senior Technical Manager South Europe

I took on role of Technical Manager of South Europe (Italy, France, Spain and Portugal). 

I’m managing a team of  16 people :

In this period I worked very close with the other department of the company in particular with the channel managers to develop the channel structure both on business improvement and on indirect support organizzation
In the same time I continued to collaborate with Major Account Manager on the major deal in our BU.

Technical Manager South Europe

Company asked me to develop support business for developing countries (Italy, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Belgium, Holland, Luxemburg). I assumed this role with great spirit and I tried to replicate my previuous experiences in these countries with success. 
With the local teams we create a great channell support strategy and we increase the Premium Support revenues. In this period I managed more than 16 people between Pre-Sales and Technical Account Manager.

Technical Manager Developing BU

After Joined in TrendMicro Italy as Pre-Sales for Center and South Italy I was promoted to Technical Manager Italy. I managed and create channel support in Italy and I developed the Premiuim Support Program. Trend Micro Italy was the first BU in EMEA to offer this kind of support service with great results. I was recognized for my great job with award &quot;Best Technical Manager WorldWide&quot; in 2002.
