Helen Anderson is a registered nurse, nursing educator, and founder of HelloCare. Her extensive experience in medical care, case management, and lactation consulting inspired her to create HelloCare, which assembles teams of caregivers to care for seniors in their own communities. As Director of Health Services at Frontier Management and Emergency Department RN at Willamette Valley Medical Center, Anderson reinforced her expertise in health service management and patient advocacy. Anderson's proficiency in nursing and lactation care is apparent from her work as medical advisor, lactation expert, and head of WIC relations at Fairhaven Health and Milkies.
Anderson's education began with studies in nursing at Chemeketa Community College. She later pursued a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Nursing at Western Governors University and further specialized in nursing education. Anderson's passion for innovative nursing education steered her towards adjunct faculty positions at Chemeketa Community College and coaching roles at MIPO. Anderson is also a former Mrs. Oregon 2016, and her design experience shines in the top-rated products she created at Milkies. While overseeing every aspect of Milkies' business operations, Anderson ensured quality inventory, billing, shipping, and branding for the eco-friendly brand. Anderson also developed cutting-edge health-focused content used by American Pregnancy Association, Mothering, Pregnancy and Newborn, Blogher, SheKnows, and Fox News.
