Victoria Wilson, a highly educated professional, has acquired vast knowledge in public policy and English, studying Masters at Duke University and B.A. at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. With a passion for facilitating internship programs, Wilson served as the Associate Director for Internship Programs at Amherst College and has also held positions as the Assistant Director of Internship Programs, Dean of the Work Program at Paul Quinn College, and Special Assistant to the President/Institutional Research Assistant for Paul Quinn College. Moreover, she worked as an administrative intern and research assistant at Duke University and as an intern at Umma wa Wapanda Baisikeli Dar es Salaam (UWABA). Additionally, she started her career as a project paralegal at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice PLLC.
Through her extensive experience in internship programs, Wilson has gained expertise in managing and organizing programs, overseeing and mentoring interns, and administrative duties. She has also gained proficiency in research, data analysis, and project management, which she acquired through her research assistant and administrative intern roles at Duke University and Paul Quinn College, consecutively.
