Jaana Linsenmayer is an accomplished global marketing leader with nearly 20 years of experience in the computer software industry. Her extensive expertise spans marketing strategy, demand generation, digital marketing, audience marketing, content and message development, and customer lifecycle marketing, among others. Jaana has a proven track record of delivering marketing strategies that achieve pipeline and revenue goals for SaaS and technology companies. She is known for her empathetic leadership style and believes that a great customer experience starts with a great employee experience, which motivates her to build high-performing teams focused on customer success.

Jaana holds a Master of Science degree in User-Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Washington State University. She also holds an Advanced Professional Certificate from the Microsoft Marketing Academy, Marketing at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Prior to joining SAP as the VP of Marketing, Cloud Solutions, North America, Jaana served as VP of Marketing, Midmarket & Partner Ecosystem, North America at SAP. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership positions at Nintex and Microsoft, where she managed global field and partner marketing, and drove SMB and cloud partner profitability.
