Daniel Michaeli is the CEO and Co-Founder of Glia, a platform dedicated to reinventing how businesses support their customers online. He studied a BA in Economics, Engineering Entrepreneurship, and Film Studies at the University of Pennsylvania. Before starting Glia, he worked as a Business Analyst at Accenture, Analyst and Consultant at Terra Venture Partners, and Summer Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton. Additionally, he was a Certified Instructor of Oratory at the University of Pennsylvania Communication within the Curriculum program. He has hosted CX Show: Conversations on Customer Experience, where he discussed issues with Customer Experience.
