Victor Willis is a sales and marketing guru with a passion for helping natural, organic, and specialty CPG brands succeed. With a BSc in Food Science, Economics, and Marketing from The University of Reading, he has over 15 years of cross-functional experience in the U.S, U.K, and Asia working for manufacturers, retailers, and brokers. He founded Campbeltown Consulting, where he has advised or worked with over 100 startup and early-stage brands. Victor has worked with retailers such as Kroger, Safeway, Winco, Whole Foods, Costco, and regional and national brokers and distributors. He has also conducted strategic reviews and due diligence on behalf of VC groups and supported prospective buyers in identifying target companies for investment.

Victor is also an executive coach who specializes in sales, marketing, category management, and growth planning. He excels in driving profitable sales growth, building sustainable supply chains, aligning operations with company purpose, and providing strategic support for investors. He has worked with F&B Incubators, Accelerators, and mentoring entrepreneurs through organizations like Mercy Corps Northwest, Angel Oregon, and Built Oregon.
