Arlene Ennis is the Global Technology Head for Spring by Citi Digital Consumer Payments. With 17+ years of experience in financial services, Arlene has excelled as a leader in large, complex IT programs and projects, managing global teams and re-engineering processes to streamline development efforts, reduce costs, and improve quality. She is a Certified Information Management Professional, with skills in application development, enhancement, re-engineering, and standardizing data interfaces. Not only is Arlene skilled in her profession, but she also volunteers for multiple initiatives aimed at young people and women in technology, such as Junior Achievement Ireland & CoderDojo. Arlene is co-leading the "Women in Technology" group within Citi, aimed at supporting internal staff and external initiatives to increase gender diversity within technology.
