Stiles has served as a managing director at The Advisory Board Company and as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company, focusing on strategy, finance, and value-based care. She also held various positions at Duke University Health System. Before joining Spencer Stuart, Stiles was an alumnus of the prestigious University of Michigan, where she studied MHSA/MBA at the School of Public Health and Ross School of Business, respectively, and graduated from the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts with high distinction in psychology.
