Alice Archer is a seasoned communications and culture expert with extensive experience in the advertising and marketing industries. She currently serves as the Managing Partner for Communications and Culture, EMEA at UM Worldwide, where she heads up the PR, Comms, and Marketing functions for the network in this critical region. Based in UM's EMEA hub in London, she sits on the regional leadership team and is responsible for establishing a robust communications strategy to drive business growth and prosperity. Alice is also passionate about driving cultural initiatives across the region and working with experts in each market to roll out this strategy successfully. She has a 1st Class BA Hons and MA in Modern and Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge and is fluent in French and Spanish. Prior to joining UM Worldwide, she worked as a Head of Communications, Communications Director, and Press Officer at IPG Mediabrands, OpenCo London, and CILT, The National Centre for Languages, respectively.
