Sistema Tulsa (sistematulsa.org) is a program of Boston Avenue UMC that nurtures community and improves young people’s lives through the practice of music. Our program is part of the worldwide El Sistema music education movement. We inspire support from visionary funders and partner with school and community leaders.

The Sistema Fellows Program is a full-time training program designed for ten postgraduate musicians and music educators who are passionate about envisioning initiatives that connect music, youth, and social change. Fellows engage in an intensive curriculum that includes leadership, communication, non-profit strategy, funding, operations, evaluation and assessment, and educational philosophy and policy.
