Jessica Williams is an accomplished executive with a diverse skill set and extensive experience in business, marketing, and sales. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Wake Forest University, a Master's degree in Strategic Communications from the University of Oregon, and is a Certified Martha Beck Life Coach, a Certified Yoga Instructor, and a Certified Scrum Master. Over the course of her 18-year career, Jessica has held numerous positions, including CEO and Founder of On The Rise Solutions, Trainer at Career Enlightenment LLC, Account Director/Managing Director at Prichard Communications/Mac's List, and Communications Co-Chair Board Member at the American Marketing Association. She is currently the Chief Communications Officer at Days for Girls International, a respected NGO that works to improve health, education, and livelihoods by empowering menstruating people around the world. Jessica has been recognized for her work in social change and marketing through the American Marketing Association and Portland Monthly, and she is an adjunct professor at the University of Portland's Pamplin School of Business, where she teaches marketing, business, and leadership to MBA candidates. She is also the creator of the popular On The Rise Summit (formerly Superwoman Summit), an annual event that celebrates, educates, and empowers women in business.
