Natia Weathers is a recent graduate from Wheaton College, where she studied English Writing. During her time at Wheaton, Natia was an active member of the community, serving as the former President of the Black Student Union and working as a Public Safety Dispatch and Switchboard Operator/Shuttle Driver. Additionally, Natia gained professional experience through various roles, including Tax Verifier/Claims Processor at Insight Global and Legal Assistant at RIGHEIMER MARTIN & CINQUINO, P.C. Currently, Natia works as a Case Advocate/Educator at OLD KINGS ORCHARD COMMUNITY CENTER.

Natia's Gallup Strengths include Relator, Discipline, Context, Intellection, and Individualization, which allow her to connect with individuals on a deep level, stay organized, understand the historical background of situations, think deeply about complex issues, and understand that every person is unique.
