Marius Paulikas

Marius Paulikas is a highly accomplished geographer and natural hazards researcher with a dedication and passion for understanding the effects of severe weather events on society. With over a decade of experience in this field, he has collaborated with numerous organizations and professionals, including NOAA, Census databases, meteorologists, professors, and engineers, among others.

His research contributions have led to significant insights into tornado vulnerability and damage patterns, NOAA and Census data analysis, and urban sprawl. Marius is skilled in working with statistical and mapping software packages, such as SPSS, ArcGIS, Python, C++, and SAS. His professional journey includes serving in various capacities, such as an Assistant Teaching Professor at Bowling Green State University, a graduate assistant, and Adjunct Faculty, among others.

Marius is an accomplished academician, with a Ph.D. in Geography from Kent State University, an M.Sc. in Geography from Northern Illinois University, and a B.A. in Economics from Hillsdale College.
