His expertise lies in cloud technology, both public and private, along with data center environments. With a strong focus on infrastructure design and operations, particularly in the online gaming sector, Matt has a proven track record of success.

He excels in technology leadership, strategic planning, infrastructure scalability, and reliability, as well as infrastructure automation. Matt's technical focus includes cloud computing, open source technologies, Linux, DevOps, and gaming.

Matt Eagleson pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University-Sacramento.

Throughout his career, Matt has held several key positions at Blizzard Entertainment, including Director of Cloud Engineering, Principal Cloud Architect, Manager of Infrastructure as a Service, Lead Systems Engineer, and Senior Systems Engineer.

Prior to his tenure at Blizzard Entertainment, Matt gained valuable experience as a Lead Unix System Administrator at Bridgespan, Unix System Administrator at Lycos Media, AFIS Administrator at California Department of Justice, Senior System Administrator at Internet Networking Technologies, System Administrator at Quiknet, and Co-Founder at Deepwell Internet Services.
