Marie Frochen is an international business development expert and entrepreneur based in San Francisco. With over 10 years of experience working in the technology sector, she has initiated and contributed to the success of several projects for startups, academia, and accelerators across various sectors of innovation/technology, including Smart Mobility, Smart Cities, Edtech, and HRTech. Frochen was born in West Africa, studied in Paris, and can speak 5 languages fluently. She's driven by a strong belief in the ability of talent, no matter where it comes from, to build international champions. She founded Ramp-Up Lab, where she advises over 200 startups for the US Market, provides fundraising strategy and mentorship. Frochen is also a former member of FrenchFounders and a former Head of Accelerator at French Tech Hub.
