Alex Sasayama is a senior relationship manager at NeighborWorks America with a strong background in community development, cultural and community events planning, affordable housing, communications, and placemaking. He has extensive experience in building strategic partnerships, managing projects, and advancing racial and social equity and justice. Alex has a Bachelor's Degree in Community Development from Hampshire College, and he is a proud member of the Apollo Men's Chorus of the Los Angeles Athletic Club. Prior to his current position, he worked at NeighborWorks America as a Relationship Manager, Public Affairs and Communications Advisor, and Foreclosure Intervention Coordinator, and he also worked as a Homeownership Counselor at Mission Economic Development Agency and The Unity Council.
