Stella Turnbull is a highly educated and experienced consultant with a diverse background in international relations, politics, sociology, and visual arts. She completed her high school education at the prestigious Chapel School in Brazil and went on to pursue multiple Bachelor's degrees from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado and Goldsmiths, University of London.

Stella has worked in various organizations throughout her career, including Kerridge & Partners, where she is currently a consultant, and Russell Reynolds Associates, where she worked in executive search and professional assessment. She also gained valuable experience as a student researcher at Clio - Preparation Course for Diplomacy and as a senior trainee at Brazil-Germany Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Stella also took time off to focus on maternity leave.
