Kevin Short is a dreamer, a persistent entrepreneur, and co-founder of Silver Fern Group, an organization focused on developing software, data analytics, and custom technology solutions for the horticulture industry. With experience in investment banking, business architecture, and scouting, he has a diverse background that informs his approach to leadership and team-building. Kevin's personal values center around faith, marriage, children, health, and work – in that order. He seeks to develop himself and others, learning from everyone he meets. Kevin studied Discipleship Training and Missions at Youth With a Mission, as well as Accounting and Finance at the University of Kentucky.
