Robert Allen is a seasoned global talent acquisition leader with years of experience in the recruitment industry. He started his career with Hydrogen, where he recruited for management consultancies. Later, he joined Accenture and worked on recruitment projects in different parts of the world. He headed the Global Sales and Services, Engineering & Products Talent Recruiting Teams at Red Hat and then started with Atlassian to lead Global Talent Acquisition. Currently, he serves as the Global Head of Talent Experience & People Operations at Atlassian, where he manages the Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, HR Strategy and Delivery, and internal people brand team.

Robert has a rich academic background, having studied at the University of Reading, Pangbourne College, and European school Mol. He has also participated in various professional organizations, including Forbes Human Resources Council, where he served as an advisor, and HackerRank, where he provided counsel to the leadership team.
