With a Masters in Computer Applications from the Department of Computer Science, Pune University, Gaur has held various leadership roles managing teams, products, and systems.

Gaur is a people-first leader with a knack for making teams more productive and removing inefficiencies. He has a broad engineering background and has been using cloud native and serverless technologies for more recent projects, helping companies thrive in various verticals.

He has held leadership roles, including VP of Software Engineering at CRS Platform at Cendyn, VP of Engineering at Tentrr, VP of Engineering and Director of Engineering at Travel Tripper, and Solutions Architect / Technical Lead at Acxiom.

His experience includes working with companies such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Tata Research Development and Design Centre (TRDDC), and New York Mercantile Exchange, among others.
