Om Patri

Om Patri is a data scientist and cloud architect with an extensive background in the technology industry. With experience helping investment teams manage over $7 billion in assets under management (AUM), Om is a passionate problem solver and product builder. Om holds a PhD and Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.

Om's career has included roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Sense360 (which was acquired by Medallia), NEC Laboratories America, Cylance (which was acquired by Blackberry), and the University of Southern California. Om has several patents, papers, and industry certifications, including certifications from AWS, SAFe, and TOGAF.

At AWS, Om served as a customer delivery architect and big data and AI/ML tech lead. In this role, he was responsible for helping customers design and implement big data and AI/ML solutions, as well as providing technical leadership to internal teams. At Sense360 and Cylance, Om built data-driven solutions to solve complex business problems and improve decision-making processes. In his academic roles, Om conducted research on topics related to AI/ML, computer vision, and natural language processing.
