Chris Flakus has over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry and is currently the Senior leader of The CSI Companies. The company has been recognized as one of Inc.'s fastest-growing staffing companies, generating over $250M in revenue. Flakus is responsible for overseeing the operations of all four divisions, which include CSI Tech, CSI Professional, CSI Healthcare IT, and CSI Financial. He also works closely with the CEO/CFO on strategic direction and M&A activity. Flakus has held various management positions in the industry, including branch level recruiting and sales, executive search, on-site management, branch management, regional management, and executive management. He has full P&L accountability in verticals such as commercial staffing, F&A, IT, and HCIT. Flakus holds an M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology and a BA in Business and Psychology from the University of North Florida, and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Linfield College.
