She has worked in several notable organizations, including Shogun Enterprises, Zenefits, Monitor Deloitte, and Sierra Club, where she held positions like Product Manager, Carrier Operations Manager, Senior Consultant, and Global Warming and Energy Team member, respectively.

Currently, Shannon serves as the Co-Founder and CEO of Noyo, an innovative healthcare technology company. As CEO of Noyo, Shannon has played a central role in driving the company's growth, forging partnerships, and growing the customer base. Additionally, she's the Former Director of More Uncommon Grounds at Students of Georgetown, Inc., and founder of GoVert.
