As Vice President, Strategic Engagement, I lead and execute strategic diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and actions to key stakeholders, including corporations, influencers, mission-aligned organizations, government leaders, policy-makers, and Catalyst board members. I work across the organization to create and execute a compelling and impactful engagement strategy, which includes: developing highly actionable, user-friendly education and awareness-building toolkits to disseminate and implement Catalyst research, ideas, and insights; providing strategy and communications counsel as needed to drive mission impact; leading special projects such as the Catalyst CEO Champions For Change initiative; and leading and providing advice and recommendations on the development of Catalyst’s public positions on various social and governmental policies and issues.

Additionally, I formulated public advocacy strategies to support the advancement of Catalyst’s mission, vision and business objectives, thereby positioning Catalyst to give “expert” testimony to various government agencies around the world.
