Nicole Rietz is a seasoned HR professional with years of experience in the healthcare industry. She currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at HCA Healthcare, one of the leading healthcare providers in the United States. In her role, Rietz oversees the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs to support HCA's mission of providing high-quality patient care.

Prior to her current position, Rietz held various leadership roles in HR at HCA, including Director of HR Operations and HR Business Partner. She is known for her exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills, as well as her ability to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Rietz holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Florida and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology. She is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
