Ione Ardaiz Osacar is an accomplished individual with a background in Industrial Design, having studied at Mondragon Unibertsitatea and completed a Master's in Product Design at Politecnico di Milano in Italy.

With a diverse professional history, Ione has worked as a Service Designer at Designit Madrid, a teacher at h2i human centred innovation school, and held the position of Senior Social Innovator at TACSI, The Australian Centre for Social Innovation.

Currently, Ione holds the role of Social Innovator at Agirre Lehendakari Center, where they continue to make significant contributions to the fields of Social Innovation, Service Design, Strategic Design, Design Research, working sessions facilitation, and training.

Furthermore, Ione serves as the Projects Lead at Arantzazulab, showcasing their leadership skills and expertise in managing innovative projects.
