Being the in between (onshore vs offshore), focussing on widely share best practices, gather raised issues and take appropriate actions, find new processes to offshore or facilitate these initiatives. All with a high focus on maintaining or establishing required quality levels.

Offshore Interlock

Responsible for HR projects related to Onboarding & Integration and Career Mobility within the Learning & Transitions department. Next to that performing continuous process improvement projects within our Corporate Functions organization.

Gallia Career Transitions

ATAS (Accenture Talent Acquisition System) super user in Gallia (geographical area within Accenture); single point of contact Buenos Aires (BA) in Gallia; managing current and future transitions to BA; onshore & offshore escalation point; quality of service improvement BA vs Gallia (to guarantee continuity and realize time & cost savings); change management.

Superuser ATAS (Accenture Talent Acquistition System) & Offshore process optimization officer

SAP super user; ATAS (Accenture Talen Acquisition System) super user in NL; providing HR management reports; single point of contact for Shared Serve Center in Dalian (HR related) and Buenos Aires (Recruiting related); managing transitions of administrative tasks to Dalian and BA; contact for Ministry of Defense with regards to safety screenings.

HR & Recruiting Operations

Managing the Operations team including conducting bi laterals, progress interviews and appraisals; main contact and mediator between recruiting manager, Operations team, the recruiters and other departments such as HR, Facility & Services with regards to their collaboration; ATAS super user (NL)

Team lead Recruiting Operations department

Scheduling interviews between candidates, recruiters and the business; scheduling capacity tests; updating systems such as ATAS, InOut website and pipeline reports; creating offer letters and contracts for new hires; creating purchase order numbers with regard to external payments

Recruiting Operations employee

Independently handling permit applications by reviewing the financial security, the expertise, adequate and integer operations and the reliability of financial services. Thereby ensuring high quality (electronic) filing and written / oral reporting. Telephone interviews with financial service providers in order to correct / complete information available to the requests, as well as to get complete records.
