Vikas Pandey is a successful serial entrepreneur and master mariner with over 17 years of maritime experience, 11 of which he spent sailing and another 6 managing ships onshore. He is a certified DNV/GL internal auditor for ISM/ISPS/MLC and has worked in various types of ships, including gas tankers, oil tankers, bulk carriers, and container ships. He is also inclined towards technology and has co-founded various companies like Eon Biotechnology, ShipFinex, and SIGNY Advanced Technologies.

Apart from his entrepreneurial ventures, Vikas has also held leadership positions in various organizations, including Vishwakarma Maritime Institute and Rigel Marine Services Pvt Ltd. He is a people's person and possesses excellent networking skills, making connections and understanding markets, and bringing the right personnel into the company. Currently, he is involved in mentoring startups and helping them grow.
