Previously the Director of Public Engagement and Visitor Services Director at Pérez Art Museum Miami, Lyn-Sue is an expert in customer service and has experience in working with diverse audiences. She also has a background in property management at Robert P. Harrison Inc. and purchasing at Unicco Service Company.

Lyn-Sue holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities & Art History from Florida State University. Her education, combined with her work experience, has made her a well-rounded professional in the industry.
