Rusty Hitt is an accomplished Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional with over a decade of experience in organizational development. With a Master of Science degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University, as well as a Master of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Arkansas, Rusty has built a wealth of expertise in communication strategies, knowledge transfer, and gap analyses throughout the organizational change life cycle.

Highlighting his proven track record of success across diverse cultures, environments, organizations, and functions, Rusty has held various roles throughout his career journey. He currently serves as a Change Management Specialist at Anixter, where he leverages his skills to perform gap analyses, define future states and success criteria, identify learning capabilities, and develop communication/learning strategies.

Prior to his current position, Rusty has worked as an Instructional Designer at Empire Today, Freelance Instructional Designer at Contract Instructional Designer, Instructional Designer at Sungkyunkwan University, and English Curriculum Specialist at Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education. Collectively, these experiences have allowed Rusty to hone his skills and expertise, most recently earning his PMP designation.
