I managed all marketing activity for the Grace Group across Australia and New Zealand and a dynamic marketing team.The Grace Group (Grace) is a multi service organisation, with over 60 branches across Australia and New Zealand, we offer a wide range of B2B and B2C solutions including:•	Grace Removals •	Grace Information & Records Management •	Grace Mobility •	Grace Business Services•	Grace FF&E and Commercial Projects•	Grace Fine ArtWhen appointed, two of my key mandates were to do a brand refresh for the group, and to overhaul all of the marketing activity across the group, with a particular emphasis on online marketing and establishing ROI.In my first year I increased the number of 'paid' marketing generated leads by 76%, with only an 8% increase in spend, reducing CPA significantly across all business units whilst maintaining or improving lead quality. 'Organic' marketing generated leads also increased 28% year on year. These growth patterns have continued since then.Additionally, I developed a new brand strategy (working with key senior directors) and managed a complete brand rollout of the new brand across AU/NZ (public launch in June 2017). This involved developing new websites,  a new sales app, corporate videos, new brochures and sales collateral,  electronic stationery and templates, internal and external communications campaigns, conducting brand training, updating uniforms, building signage, vehicle livery, packaging designs - basically all brand touch points have been updated with the new branding.Other key achievements include: implementing Marketo for marketing automation programmes, establishing the Grace Gives CSR initiative, establishing key strategic partnerships, and implementing a new online quoting system (Qwilr).Future strategies and plans will look to expand on the growth in marketing generated leads, tap in to new markets, and develop all communication channels further  in line with the new branding and business objectives.

Commenced with Peppers at their exclusive 4.5 star Hunter Valley property. Developed a ‘quick fix’ marketing strategy for the low season on commencement of tenure. The strategy worked and brought me to the attention of the Board of Directors who then promoted me to Group Marketing Manager, based at the Head Office in Sydney. The campaign included direct marketing, advertising and PR, new package development and staff training.
