Joanna Prieto is a Colombian consultant, coach, conference speaker, and entrepreneur. She has extensive experience in digital transformation, talent and culture, personal branding, leadership, entrepreneurship, STEM education, and women's empowerment. Joanna is the co-founder and Chief Learning Officer of Geek Girls LatAm, an NGO that seeks to inspire and connect women and girls with science and technology. She has worked as a lecturer, advisor, and consultant in various public and private institutions in Colombia in areas related to innovation, talent development, and communication.

Joanna holds a Master's Degree in Communications from EAE Business School, a degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development from Universidad del Rosario, and a degree in Modern Languages and Translation from Universidad EAN. She has received several awards and distinctions for her leadership and contributions to the fields of technology, women's rights, and education.
